TUE AUG 05 2014
A weak upper low will kind of “Robe-a-Dope” around Central and Northern California this week. Its proximity means there will be an on-going chance of isolated thunderstorms along the Crest thru Friday. Because of its position and residual clouds, temperatures will hover near normal for the period.
