Monsoonal moisture will continue to push into our area, with varying chances of thunderstorms thru the week. For the Owens Valley, most of the thunderstorms will be confined to the higher elevations of the Sierra, so a slight chance there each day. Temperatures will remain  above normal, depending on cloud cover. For Mono County a little different story, with PWATS remaining at 0.75″ looks like more activity in the higher elevations and the valleys. Isolated flash flooding is a possibility with the potential for lightening strikes and gusty winds on Wednesday. A Flash Flood Watch has been issued for today thru this evening.

Overall right now, it looks like monsoonal moisture will remain with us, in some form, thru the weekend and into Monday.
