FRIDAY APR 04 2014

Scattered snow showers over the mountains today from a system that will split as it moves onshore. Not much in the way of moisture, maybe be few inches over the Sierra. Winds do not look to be an issue as well. System moves east of the district later today, followed by a dry upper ridge that will amplify off the CA coast. So dry conditions thru mid next week (at the least) with temperatures trending upwards. Next chance of moisture looks to arrive about the 11th. If nothing else we should see some clouds and a little cooling then. Stay tuned for more updates on this.
