SYNOPSIS: This week looks like this: A little dry open wave passed through overnight bringing windy conditions to the Owens Valley early today. Gusts to 40 – 48 mph near Little Lake this morning. Sunny skies today as well. A NW flow aloft will be in charge of most of the Owens Valley’s weather, as a ridge off the coast builds into the SW USA. Warming temperatures then, with mostly sunny skies. Meanwhile Mammoth and Mono County gets a slight chance of snow Friday, with periods of winds and mostly sunny skies…DMATT
